Hello! My AP+ panel has developed a bit of a fault that I was wondering if you have seen or would know what to do about. It may very well be somethign wrong with the encoder internally, in which case, it is what it is. Just found the issue interesting because it has a pattern to it. See video: drive.google.com/open?id=0B00XWiyMPLVRZmtUNnc4UVAyQ0Udrive.google.com/open?id=0B00XWiyMPLVRZmtUNnc4UVAyQ0UBasically as the video shows, when turning the encoder in one direction there is a pattern where it sends button 29 signal, then no signal, then 30s signal, then no, and on and on. It is worth noting that the center push button works fine. Thanks!

I'd say run the BBI Config program and set the rotaries up again. Maybe something got corrupted?

Disregard, I figured it out, in pulling the wires out of the BBI-32 I accidentally put button 30s wire into a ground spot. moved it over one and it works fine. User error!
