Froogle made an off-the-cuff comment about P3D4 at 18:18 in his PMDG DC 6 Cloudmaster tutorial flight that I found interesting.

Yes, that his frame rates weren't that good and that he seemed somewhat dissapointed in general. I guess I expected something a bit more upbeat from Froogle, but it was a just a quick remark, not a review.
I'm still trying to decide where to go from FSX, considering I use a lot of A2A and FTX stuff. (Seems I recall you mentioning that you have yet to install some FTX scenery yourself.) Edit: And FTX just released open LC South America I see!
I would really like to rebuild my sim but try and do it much better this time. :-) I ponder too much and act too little these days! At least I have realistic insight on X-Plane, thanks to you.
Look forward to watching your Saitek radio video.

I will give P3D4 a go sooner or later, since I too have a bucket load of Orbx. And yes, not all of it's even been installed. I am back with FSX at the moment and playing with the Twin Otter. Interestingly, Aerosoft is now thinking about tweaking the Twin Otter a bit more and charging a modest upgrade fee. That will be a reason to stick around in FSX/P3D too. I am sort of hoping P3D4 will be a performance improvement from FSX. It certainly needs to be a stability increase!
