I'm guessing it's hot in Texas in the middle of June!

Yup. Look forward to seeing you there! I'm guessing brantleycmd will be there. And in a typically petulant post from Orbx management, it seems there's some reason why they think nobody will be exhibiting at FlightSimCon next year. No explanation offered.

Hmmm. That's a shame. I wonder what that's all about? Maybe it's too hot in Texas, and they prefer the cooler climate of Las Vegas in June? Regardless, I hope they are wrong. I'd like to go and it would be nice if it was successful and they were there.

Seems to be an unfortunate struggle at play here.

Seems to be an unfortunate struggle at play here. Phew, yes indeed. It is a sorry mess and as usual Orbx doesn't come off well. One thing seems fairly certain, which is that without a major turnaround the Dallas event will (a) be cancelled or (b) turn into something a lot less mainstream. Their list of exhibitors appears to be two so far. It seems a shame but unless some compromise is reached, anyone seriously planning a visit to FSCon 2018 is doubtless going to switch to FSExpo.
