Hi Mark. Way too soon for photos. As I haven't built any panels yet, I was thinking about the feasibility of building GPS controls independent of a dedicated screen and squeezing the GPS display alongside the engine gauges on that fifth monitor. Don't know enough yet to know if that makes sense.

Don't know enough yet to know if that makes sense. I think it makes a lot of sense. In fact it's probably worth emphasising that adding the GPS controls without any extra monitor at all still adds a lot to the sim - i.e. using it to control the 2D popup window (or even the GPS in the VC, although that's generally a bit small to be really practical). Just try design things so that the controls are physically as close as you can get them to where the GPS window will be when you're running it.

Hi Mark, Since a short while I use the P3D flightsimulator. I have the problem now that when I install aircraft like the twotter, it does not show in the sim so I cannot select it in the downdrop menu! Do you have an idea what the problem is? Thank you for any hint! Best wishes from the Netherlands!

The Twin Otter Extended, for example, needs to have the latest version of the installer (I think v1.21). Other than that I don't think I can be much help.
