Hello Binky. Good to hera you are working on your own Twin Otter. Also to hear about your gyro sim - it would be great to have a nice gyrocpoter in MSFS, I had some fun playing with (and making videos about) the Golden Age Simulations Pitcairns in FSX.
As for my own cockpit, it is ever so slowly creeping back to new life in MSFS, as the tools come online. I now have the GPS back and have purchased Air Manager v4 in the expectation that I can get the gauges back working, although with I say 'the' gauges this doesn't yet mean we have a Twin Otter to fly. But Aerosoft is working on that, so I hope they do a decent job. AM v4.1 will support LVARS, which will be vital for the Twin Otter when it does appear. I am wondering in the longer term about sticking with a single large display and perhaps building a less ambitious cockpit aroudn a better-simulated aicraft.
No matter, for now it't tinkering of one sort or the other. My next experiemnt is to install Air Manager 4 and try to get the autopilot outputs working again, even if only with the Cessna 172. And I hope to be reviewing some more add-ons for the MFG Crosswind rudder pedals soon...

Hi Binky, Hi Mark, I am in a "onhold pattern" concerning my home cocpkpit. Nothing really made since a year now. It is incredible to say that working from home (because of covid crisis) is giving less free hours ... at home Aerosoft is about to exit the DHC-6 FS2020 version ; a great thing for us !! You can see some snapshots on their forum to have a idea. It will be with a lot of details. Hopefully a DHC-6 300 like their previous FSX one with analog gauges... so no hardware change forecasted for me on that point. Like Mark said, AirManager (I use it too with Raspberry ; one per display using AirPlayer) is now out with v4 compatible with FS2020 BUT not yet with LVARS support which is needed for complex aircraft and cockpit builders. I realized last year that my cockpit size was not so good... because levers full forward are arriving to the windscreen... I have to reshape somehow. It is where I am. You can reach me by MP or maybe best, I encourage you to create your own thread to ask your questions there. Have a nice continuation Philippe
