Although a gps is supplied with the aircraft, I wish to buy an alternative to display on one of my monitors. I am using Windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't understand what help you're asking for. There are several options for what you want. It depends on your flight sim, obviously, but for MSFS 2020 a current popular GPS is the GTN750. There are two options available, the PMS50 one (which has a free version and a paid version) or the TDS one. The latter costs about £40 and is the preferred one in my view, mainly because it will run on a touch-screen monitor. This includes running on an iPad using the free Spacedesk app.

Hi Mark I am with Windows7 and using fs2004. Does this limit the type of GPS that I can download and install? Many thanks - like the site!
Tony.
